    - "in the closet" and on the move
Pray Corporately

Corporate Prayer
1. Make it regular & Have an End Date
2. Start with scripture
3. Limit share time
4. Encourage brevity & focus
5. Pray without show but with others in mind

| Fasting

1. Start small, maybe skip a meal a week for several weeks, then try two meals and work your way up to a day long fast. Eventually try a 2 day juice fast. Don’t ever obstaib from water.
2. Plan what you’ll do instead of eating. Each fast should have a specific focus. Decide what that is and craft a specific plan for what to do instead of eating.
3. Consider how it will affect others. It doesn’t give you a license to be unloving.
4. Try different kinds of fasting.
5. Fast from something other than food.
6. Don’t think of white elephants. Don’t just think about how hungry you are, but let it turn your mind to God.

| Keep a journal

- No rules
- Don’t expect to put everything in
- it’s ok to miss a lot and miss days
- don’t backfill

| Embrace Rebuke
