Last week I had the privilege to spend a week at Western Seminary in Portland Oregon. I had already started the two classes I would be physically attending at the start of the fall, but being there in person was something different altogether. Listening to brilliant and caring professors, sitting among other seminary students, many who were already pastoring, it all seemed very real all of a sudden. I am training to become a pastor. Though I missed my family dearly it was an amazing week. I'm very thankful for it. May it be the start of God being at work in my life to build up others to greater maturity in Christ.
